Superwall® HF Sound is a self supporting mineral wool metal panel with hidden joint system, for the realization of walls that required high aesthetic standards and sound absorption and sound insulation.
Superwall® HF is made by two slightly profiled galvanized and prepainted metal sheets. Between these two sheets, there is an insulation core of oriented fibers arranged perpendicularly to the plane of the panel, positioned in strips, laid longitudinally with offset joints and transversely compacted. In this way, the panel is a perfect monolithic.
The mineral wool layer is pasted on the metal sheet by a polyurethane glue.
The specific labirinth joint of this panel guarantees good performance of mechanical grip.
Superwall® HF can be produced with external side “diamond” finished, that enhances his high aesthetic look.
These panel can be installed in vertical and horizontal way.
Because of the particular shape of the joint, blind fastening are applied to the V-cut on the male edge of the outside sheet. Two screws with center distance of 30 mm should be used for each panel and for each stud.
These panels can be installed vertically and horizontally.
